If you want to feel:
- Less nervous/anxious/fearful
- More confident
- Happier some of the time
- More resilient
I invite you to give yourself permission to practice yoga. You might even discover the ‘yoga magic’ as you realise that practicing on a mat can help you feel better away from the yoga bubble as well. Want to join me?
I am online!
During the current Covid-19 pandemic I have moved my classes online using Zoom. My schedule is as follows:
- Mondays, 6-7pm
- Thursdays, 6-7pm
- Saturdays, 9.30-10.30am
Each session is £6.
If you are unsure about joining a group class now may be the perfect time to explore a private session with me. I have availability during the day and evenings and all you need is a good internet connection and a phone/laptop/tablet with video and audio.
***CLASSES CURRENTLY ON HOLD DUE TO COVID-19***
I teach regularly on Thursdays, 6-7pm at Breath-Works, 7a Alva Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4PH.
The class is small, friendly and informal. We move slowly, carefully and individually. Everybody looks different and there is no dress code! Sometimes everybody (including me) gets the giggles. It’s definitely not strict or serious.
Book now First class is £5 and £10 thereafter
If you are working with any injuries, conditions or ailments there will be a way to adapt. I always give options to encourage you to decide what’s best for you – it will likely be different every time.
If joining us out of the blue is too daunting, I offer to meet new students nearby beforehand so we can go to the studio together. I aim to make my classes anxiety aware so if there’s something that’s stopping you, let me know and I’ll try to help.
Get in touch if this is something you would like to arrange.
On Sundays you will find me at The Royal Commonwealth Pool, teaching at 9.25-10.55am.
This is a larger class open to Edinburgh Leisure members and card holders, and bookable on a pay-as-you-go basis.
If attending a public class is a step too far but you still want to practice I offer private classes in the comfort of your own home or in a mutually convenient location.
Get in touch if this is something you would like to discuss.
I also regularly cover public classes in various locations across Edinburgh. I aim to post notifications of these on my Facebook and Instagram pages. This might be a good way to try me out anonymously!
